Baby Shower project
So many times when we decide to host a baby shower we run out looking for fancy decorations! Well, here is an idea for a Centerpiece you can do all on your own with a glass dish, a candle and some rubber stamps! You only need a few tools and poof, a cute baby shower centerpiece!

Another Early Bird project!
Ok, today I have another Early Bird project to share with you! This one is a card I created. It is actually a piece where the back folds in together and seals closed.
I totally love this line by Cosmo Cricket! There are such a huge variety of elements in this line that it has so many uses!
Oh and for all of you who listed your favorites from this line in a previous post, I will share mine today! My favorite patterned cardstock is Farmers Market and my favorite chipboard piece is the cute little bird with musical notes!
So what do you think I should create next with this line? Share with me in the comments below and if there seems to be something that keeps popping up I will create it and then post it on the blog for all of you!

More Early Bird!
I am so in love with this line.....it totally speaks to me. What does it say you might ask? Well it actually screams, "Work with me"! Of course I listen....LOL
Ok,as promised I am going to post another item I created using Early Bird which obviously you see above. this is a little candle tin I had laying around that I decided to alter. These are pretty very easy to do. You measure and wrap the paper, you cut a circle for the lid, or you can place ribbon or paper around the cover rim. On my rim I used one of the border stickers from the sticker sheet in the crafting kit. Then you simply embellish the top.
I love cutting pieces out of patterned paper and cardstock as you can see on the cover. I cut out some leaves and flowers, used a very small circle punch to cut out some mini flowers to scatter, and then a chipboard piece from the Ready-Set-Chip. Of course I am loving glitter on this line so everything is glittered!
I would love to know how many of you either already have Early Bird or plan to get Early Bird. Leave me a comment below and let me know!
Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone!

Made it over 50 posts....
Ok, in the post below I said if we made it over 50 posts that I would make another handmade goodie. Well, you guys did it and I made another item! So on Friday I will be choosing 2 lucky winners!
Pictured above is a little spice jar I got from Ikea. I was introduced to these little jars by Bobbi who is my local Stampin Up consultant! Anyway, I've altered it and you can use it as a spice jar, to hold embellishments, maybe as a travel ground coffee container, or whatever your heart desires.
I know it would be a fast turn around, but if the post below makes it to 125 posts by noon CST tomorrow, I will create a 3rd hand crafted item and we will have 3 winners! So send everyone you know and lets see if we can push it over 125 posts!

Vintage Rick Rack
So today I am in Goodwill browsing around, doing my usual scan the store for fun items to alter shopping trip! I try to get there every couple of weeks to see what treasures I may stumble upon.
Well, I found a bag of these packages of Rick Rack and thought, "Hmmm, I love using Rick Rack in my work so I think I will get these." So I brought them home and threw them on the kitchen counter.
Just a few minutes ago I finally opened the bag and looked at the package. I mean took a good look! Not like just looking at the rick rack like in the store but the label. It looked old. Well, I just did a search and found out that it is like from the 1930's.
So I've got myself some wonderful vintage rick rack. I'm not sure what I am going to do with it yet........I'm just excited to have something vintage and cool and old!
