Hello Girl Friday!!!

I am a list girl. I love lists and love checking things off of lists. I have this terrible flaw of being organized. Well, most of the time that is!

So when I saw the Girl Friday line by Cosmo Cricket it just reminded me of making lists. I've been wanting something small that I can carry around for grocery shopping, things I need to do, etc. I found this cute little book at Michael's and it was the perfect size for what I wanted to create so I bought it, brought it home, pulled out my Cosmo Cricket Girl Friday line and went to work!
You can also see this project on the Cosmo Cricket blog. My friend Julie puts my things up now and then when she has some space available. She is one creative girl!

Anyway leave a comment for me and let me know what you think about lists! Do you use them? Is this book something you would create?

Tea card

Well winter is still in full swing in Wisconsin between the cold and the snow. So I made this cute little tea bag card for a friend and it is posted over on the Fiskars crafts website. My friend is a fellow tea drinker and there is nothing either of us like better than curling up with a hot cup of tea on those cold winter days. She doesn't live near me so I thought I'd make her a little winter card and enclose something she would enjoy!

You can check out the entire article here-

Come back and post what you think here. I'd love to see or hear about your variations on this project! If you decide to create a tea bag card or maybe hot cocoa or whatever....I would love to see it!

Snorkel and Disney, a perfect match!

So many of you know that a couple weeks ago we were on vacation! Not only did we do the Disney parks in Florida but we also took a Disney cruise. Our very first ever Disney cruise! Let me tell you that it was wonderful!

Speaking of wonderful, how many of you have had the opportunity to see the new Snorkel line by Cosmo Cricket? This is a fun and fantastic line just released at CHA winter. If you have not seen it you must go to the Cosmo Cricket website and look at each lucious piece! The colors are bright and fun and when I saw the new release all I could think about was how perfect it would be to use with our Disney Cruise photos! So I created a mini album of our cruise vacation using Snorkel and wanted to share it with my fantastic blog readers!

So what else will I use this line for? I think it will be perfect for swimming pool pictures, beach pictures, Tropical vacations, Fishing, and making layouts with a funny spin like, "fish story" or "whale of s good time." Just think of all the possibilities!

News Media!

Well, my friend and neighbor Erin tipped off the local newspaper that I am a local Paper Crafter and they contacted me to do an article. This is pretty exciting for me to be able to share my work with the community I live in. So they will be coming late next week for photos and an interview. This article will be appearing in the newspaper as well as their quarterly magazine publication.

So thanks to Erin who by the way is a very talented bead designer. Her work is absolutely stunning!
