I'm back! With project peeks!

Ok, I think I've just completed my last CHA project.....whew! You have seen my designs for the Fiskars booths and at this CHA I will have my projects in two other booths which are Streuter Technologies and Cosmo Cricket!

The project I am posting now is one that I did for Streuter using their GlueFoil. I was so excited to be asked to do some work for Streuter and could hardly wait to try out the GlueFoil. I received some copper and aluminum to work with. Well, I am hooked. GlueFoil is very light weight and on one side it contains a special adhesive that when heated lightly with an iron or heat gun melts and adheres to your project. It is the most amazing thing! My favorite thing to do so far has been embossing on it! Man, what a great look.
On this particular piece you can see where I embossed, painted over the entire thing with paint, let it dry, and then lightly sanded revealing the copper embossed surface underneath! The front of each drawer is copper GlueFoil, there is also some on the top and then again down the sides as well as some trim. Here is the website so you can take a look at the product.

If you have any questions about GlueFoil just leave a comment and I am happy to answer them! If you are headed to CHA make sure you stop by the Streuter booth #1235 and tell Rebecca that I sent you!
Stop in again tomorrow for another sneak peek as well as a nice little giveaway surprise!
I've got lots to show and something very special to giveaway..............
