I don't do resolutions, but I am getting real keen on the whole one word for the year. My word for 2010: INSPIRE.
I am also on a path to discover my Style Statement. Really excited about that.
Enjoy the day, dear!

I want to work on two things this year even though I don't do "resolutions" because I am one of those where it sets me up for failure...I want to have a positive attitude and I also want to get in my craft room more.

Well, I'm going to 'start' exercising again! And while not really a resolution, I'm working to get ahead on making a baby book for my sister who is having her first baby in May!

Beautiful table setting! We are also doing a delayed/make up Christmas (on the 3rd).

Hi Lisa...I bounced over here from the Fiskateer website. I absolutely LOVE your table settings...I can't believe how cute you made the candles! And I hope that next year your daughter changes her mind about wearing a beautiful dress...she actuallyl looks much older than 5 in that picture - and quite a beautiful little miss she is!

I really don't like resolutions because I never seem to keep them, but I did manage to make one this year and that is to remember that no matter what others say about outside appearances it's what is in the inside that counts. I have always been put down for my weight, so I am trying to stay positive this year.

Happy New Year!
My goal this year is to take more ME time!
I'm allowed to say no!
Hopefully that doesn't sound selfish, but I do a whole lot of volunteering, plus work 2 jobs....so it makes sense to me!

Elizabeth said...

hi hun, well this year i did not get as much scrapbooking done as i wanted. So i told myself that starting 2010i was going to make sure i put 1 night aside for me to scrap or do something paper craft related. i have already made 10 thank you cards and had a blast doing so... i will be back on the fiskers site more too just for all that insperation. i mean u can't go there and then not feel like attacking your craft supplies... anyway i wish u and your family the best this coming year....

I have to learn to focus. There are so many things running around in my head that I want to do-I end up not doing anything. So this year-FOCUS, pick one thing, shut everything else and do it!

My resolution is to make one layout a week so that I can get caught up on all the pictures I have laying around.

Suzi said...

I want to use my time more efficiently. I only have so many productive hours in a day before I get too tired. That time needs to be used wisely, like at the craft table! :o) After devotions and lovin' on my family, of course!

My resolution for this year is service - to serve others and volunteer for a worthy project every month to help our community and neighbors.
