Organizing your Acrylic paints

When I started paper crafting I had very little in the way of acrylic paints. As I started doing more altered items I continued to pick up different colors of acrylic paints as I needed them. Eventually, my supply of paint grew so large it was difficult to manage.

I found this storage rack and Michael's and for me it was really not a huge bargain. Original prices was $34.99 but I waited until I had a 50% off coupon and then used it bringing the price to $17.50. Still more than I like to spend on organization, but for me it was well worth it to have all my paint visable and to be able to sort/store them by color.

So how do you store your paints?

I have the same system.

But I have filled mine to the max. I would highly suggest this system to anyone with paints!

I've looked at these but just don't have enough "table space"...I wonder if I could take the base off and get it to hang?

I have one of those too. For people that don't have table space, I've seen people use an ol' coke wooden box hung on the wall, with the paints set in each cubby laying flat like in your paint holder.

Terrific stand for your paints. I don't have that much paint but my stash is growing. I have my little bottles and some pots in a Sterilite stacking shoe bin for now and still have room.
I love your organization series of posts! Keep them coming!

As someone who used to do "Tole Painting" before scrapping/stamping, I have over 100bottles of acrylic paint. I love the looks of this system but like one of the other posters, I don't have the table space to display something like this. I have mine stored in plastic stacking containers & then stuck in a cupboard. I also have a beautiful handmade wooden storage case with handle that I can take out. I was given this as a gift when doing my tole painting. I'll have to take pics of my systems & post them.
